Welcome to Team RDP.  We are a full service Real Estate Team that brings knowledge, professionalism, experience and a bit of fun to the table at the same time.  What is RDP you may ask?  RDP stands for RiverDavesPlace.com, which is our other business.  It's the largest performance boating forum on the web and the go to place for current events, boating builds and events, offroad meets and anything custom, especially when it comes to the west coast.  (Go ahead...type it in your browser, we promise it won't disappoint!) Our two businesses go hand and hand and allow us to present to a select market of clients that most Realtors won't be able to access easily.  We have a prime office location in Lake Havasu where Stacy Johnson, the owner of Team RDP is the Branch Manager under EXP Realty.  We also have a California Division where Edward Limbaga is our Team Leader servicing Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties. We always have a friendly face in the office to greet you and talk about what's going on in the market today.  Our listings are always displayed here on our big screens and in the window for all to see when they are walking or driving by.  You can also visit us in our latest model/development office at The Ridge at Viewpoint Estates.

We interviewed Stacy Johnson as our potential realtor and on the very next day or two she called to say that her partner had a likely buyer. The sale moved almost immediately into escrow. Stacey, as our representative, guided us calmly through each step, answered our questions clearly  and quickly, offered to find local help for what the house inspector wanted attended to, and of course had instant and cordial communication with Paul, the buyers' representative. It all went as smoothly as could be. We are grateful to both of them. They were honest and worked quickly and were unfailingly reliable and supportive.

I love working with Stacy. She worked with us for almost 2 years. In the beginning we weren't able to buy anything because of financing and then a year later we were back on board and she was right there with us never skipping a beat. Stacy Johnson and Paul worked with my family and I for approximately a year finding a home in Lake Havasu. We had a group of family members with varying desires and criteria.
